Developer - Application Development N 4A

Overview

Develop application and quality solutions by working with business stakeholders, technology teams, and QA teams to understand business problems and deliver optimal IT solutions.

What you'll do

• Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand core business problems and deliver optimal IT solutions.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure high product quality and promote efficient QA tools and techniques.
• Involve yourself in requirements gathering, analysis, design, and validation.
• Partner with technology leads to effectively deliver on business requirements.
• Ensure that new solutions are scalable and meet high architectural standards.
• Work with the larger team toward successful resolution and validation of implementation issues.
• Act as the quality analyst for a large platform migration program.
• Analyze BRDs and requirements and extract testing requirements from them.
• Work toward creation of test strategy and test scenario development.
• Explore automation opportunities and execute test scenarios for certification.
• Work with business analysts, development managers, architects, infrastructure, and other developers to analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and implement those solutions.

What you'll need

• BE, BTech, MCA in IT, Computer Science, or any engineering discipline, or equivalent.
• Strong product functionality knowledge.
• Expertise in LoanIQ QA testing, accounting, accruals, and servicing.
• Proficient C2 English language proficiency.
• Loan IQ skills.

Nice to have

• Banking experience or finance product domain knowledge.
• Experience working in the lending domain in general.
• Strong business or quality analysis and validation experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
