Overview

Deliver IT solutions by working with business stakeholders, technology teams, and QA teams, with a focus on LoanIQ QA testing, banking or finance product domains, and platform migration quality analysis.

What you'll do

• Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to understand core business problems and deliver optimal IT solutions.
• Work closely with the QA team to ensure high product quality and promote efficient QA tools and techniques.
• Apply LoanIQ QA testing, accounting, accruals, and servicing expertise.
• Gather, analyze, design, and validate requirements.
• Partner with technology leads to deliver business requirements effectively.
• Ensure new solutions are scalable and yield to high architectural standards.
• Work with the larger team toward successful resolution and validation of implementation issues.
• Act as the quality analyst for a large platform migration program.
• Analyze BRDs and requirements and extract testing requirements from them.
• Create test strategies and develop test scenarios.
• Explore automation opportunities and execute test scenarios for certification.

What you'll need

• BE, BTech, MCA in IT, Computer Science, or any engineering discipline, or equivalent.
• Strong product functionality knowledge.
• English language proficiency at the proficient C2 level.

Nice to have

• Experience of working on the lending domain in general.
• Strong business or quality analysis and validation experience.
• Ability to work with business analysts, development managers, architects, infrastructure, and other developers to analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and implement those solutions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Oracle Certified Professional - Oracle certification.
