Application Developer

Overview

Build and configure Neo4j graph applications and data capabilities for the XMPro MAGS solution. The role covers graph architecture, data engineering, integrations, governance, and production delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery workshops and solution design.
• Define graph architecture, governance, integration patterns, and platform decisions.
• Design property graph models and schema versioning.
• Build Cypher, APOC, and GDS pipelines.
• Develop ingestion frameworks using ADF, Spark, Kafka, and Python.
• Integrate Snowflake vector stores and Azure AI Search into retrieval flows.
• Automate CI/CD and infrastructure, and tune security, observability, cost, and performance.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience.
• Deep hands-on Neo4j expertise.
• Experience with Neo4j Aura administration, advanced Cypher, APOC, GDS, indexing, constraints, and query-plan tuning.
• Experience with Azure foundations, including networking, Private Link, Entra ID/SSO, and Key Vault.
• Experience with Terraform or Bicep and GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Strong consulting skills for client workshops, decision logging, and design authority.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• Neo4j or Azure certifications.
• Familiarity with industrial assets, telemetry, and maintenance workflows.
