Overview

Application Engineering role focused on defining product/service requirements and supporting Dynamic Suspension Solutions railway applications through technical training, support, documentation, and customer-specific projects.

What you'll do

• Define product and service requirements based on customer input for Dynamic Suspension Solutions Railway applications.
• Provide technical training to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support technical claims (quality incidents) and performance issues.
• Clarify technical questions and recommend improvements.
• Document product performance using data collection and analysis.
• Provide market/customer feedback and customer needs to support innovation.
• Lead and support customer-specific projects in collaboration with stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a technical discipline.
• Working experience in R&D, applications engineering and/or sales engineering.
• Experience in leading a project team.
• Preferable experience in Air Spring applications.
