Overview

Application Support Engineer responsible for investigating and resolving issues across critical business systems, monitoring application performance, and maintaining reliable operations.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve issues across business system components.
• Monitor system performance and identify anomalies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document technical findings and resolutions.
• Assist with system updates and patches.
• Support junior team members with technical guidance.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft PowerShell.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell.
• Experience with scripting and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques.
• 15 years of full-time education.
