Overview

Application Support Engineer responsible for investigating and resolving issues across critical business systems. The role focuses on application packaging, troubleshooting, monitoring, deployment, and coordination with stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve application issues across system components.
• Deploy and configure application packages.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and coordinate updates.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions.
• Contribute solutions during team discussions.
• Guide junior team members when needed.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in Application Packaging.
• Proficiency in Application Packaging.
• Experience with software deployment tools and related scripting languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex system issues.
• Familiarity with operating system environments.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• 15 years of full-time education.
