Cross Technology Managed Services Engineer (Cloudwin)(L3)

Overview

Provide advanced managed services support across cloud, security, networking, and applications. Resolve complex incidents, improve operations, and support client infrastructure, projects, and disaster recovery activities.

What you'll do

• Identify and resolve complex technical incidents proactively.
• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain client infrastructure.
• Manage high-complexity tickets and meet service level agreement conditions.
• Analyse, assign, and escalate support calls.
• Identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Create knowledge articles and train junior team members.
• Coach L2 teams and support project and disaster recovery delivery.

What you'll need

• Extensive managed services experience with complex cross-technology infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience working with vendors or third parties.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT or Computing.
• Effective planning, communication, listening, and adaptability skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond to changing client needs.
