Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer acting as a software detective to investigate and resolve issues across components of critical business systems, with a focus on SAP FI CO Finance.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
• 15 years full-time education.
• Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to financial application support.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to work with complex business processes and understand their impact on system functionality.
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
