Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer acting as a software detective to identify and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems, with a focus on Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Document findings and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing and support efficiency.
• Assist in implementing system updates and improvements to prevent recurring problems.
• Support junior team members by sharing expertise and guiding them through problem-solving processes.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Tagetik Planning Budgeting and Forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
• Experience with system monitoring and incident management tools.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate solutions clearly.
• Familiarity with business process workflows related to financial planning and forecasting.
• Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• 15 years full-time education.
