Application Support Engineer

Overview

Support enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations across DigiCert and Microsoft PKI (ADCS) environments. Provide certificate lifecycle management, Windows Server administration, automation, compliance, and L3 operational support.

What you'll do

• Manage certificate discovery, issuance, renewal, revocation, and retirement.
• Administer Root and Issuing Certificate Authorities on Windows Server.
• Maintain certificate inventories, templates, CRL/CDP/AIA settings, and policies.
• Perform CA upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery activities.
• Monitor, patch, and troubleshoot Windows Server platforms supporting PKI services.
• Integrate certificate processes with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Provide incident, problem, change, reporting, and stakeholder support.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server environments.
• Knowledge of server monitoring and performance management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex server infrastructure and application support issues.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of Windows Server security best practices and patch management.
• 15 years of full-time education.
