Application Support Engineer

Overview

Support critical business systems by investigating, diagnosing, and resolving application and storage-related issues. Monitor system reliability and collaborate with teams to maintain business continuity.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve issues across critical business systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes.
• Implement effective resolutions for system issues.
• Document troubleshooting processes and solutions.
• Monitor system performance to detect potential disruptions.
• Assist junior team members with complex issues.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in NetApp Data Management and Cloud Storage Solutions.
• Proficiency in NetApp Data Management and Cloud Storage Solutions.
• Knowledge of storage architecture and data management principles.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics.
• Experience supporting scalable storage solutions in enterprise environments.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and storage integration techniques.
