Application Support Engineer

Overview

Act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software components related to infrastructure.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex network issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Ability to monitor and maintain network performance and security.
• Familiarity with network configuration, management, and documentation practices.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement network solutions.
