Application Support Engineer

Overview

Act as a software detective, providing dynamic support by identifying and solving issues across multiple components of critical business systems, with Coupa as the core platform.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system performance.
• Provide basic solution architecting for a cloud-based procurement system.
• Actively participate in preparing project documents, including solution design, functional specifications, setup documents, SIT-UAT test scripts and training materials.

What you'll need

• 15 years of full-time education.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Coupa.
• Proficiency in Coupa.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Experience managing and supporting enterprise-level applications in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
