Application Support Engineer

Overview

Serve as an Application Support Engineer and primary liaison for clients using business systems and applications. Diagnose technical issues, coordinate resolutions, and support reliable system operations.

What you'll do

• Identify and resolve issues across critical business system components.
• Monitor system performance and address potential issues proactively.
• Manage incidents and service requests within IT operations.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on operational and technical decisions.
• Provide solutions for immediate and cross-team technical problems.
• Deliver training sessions for junior team members.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance metrics.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with Event Management.
