Application Support Engineer

Overview

Provide application support by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues across critical business systems, with a focus on Neo4j.

What you'll do

• Identify and resolve issues across application components.
• Monitor system behavior, availability, and performance.
• Analyze logs and performance metrics to determine root causes.
• Lead efforts to improve system reliability and support processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve critical incidents.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions.

What you'll need

• At least 7.5 years of experience in Neo4j.
• Proficiency in Neo4j.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex software issues.
• Experience maintaining high-availability business-critical systems.
• Knowledge of database management and query optimization for graph databases.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• 15 years of full-time education.
