Applications Development Sr Programmer Analyst – C12

Overview

Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst (C12) responsible for analyzing, developing, testing, and implementing new or revised application systems and programs with the Technology team.

What you'll do

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, and risk technology tasks.
• Monitor and control development phases covering analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Provide user and operational support on applications to business users.
• Analyze complex problems and issues using specialty knowledge of applications development.
• Recommend and develop security measures based on post-implementation business usage.
• Consult with users/clients and other technology groups to recommend advanced programming solutions.
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts and act as SME to stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experience.
