Applications Development Sr Programmer Analyst – C12

Overview

Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst (C12) responsible for analysis, programming, and participation in establishing and implementing application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.

What you'll do

• Write high-quality code based on functional requirements and agile deadlines.
• Contribute to concept models, design, and system architectures.
• Build, deploy, and test application components in a development environment.
• Provide technical analysis and solve technical issues during project delivery.
• Perform code reviews and test case reviews to ensure requirements are met.
• Conduct component design, coding, unit testing, and debugging.
• Recommend and develop security measures during post-implementation analysis.

What you'll need

• 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Docker, OpenShift Linux build, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of modern development techniques including automated testing, agile, and continuous integration.
• Ability to operate with limited direct supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Provide expertise and advisory support to senior stakeholders and/or other analysts.
• Be able to work with Production Support when required.
• Bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of C/C++, F#, JavaScript, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Desirable business knowledge of Securities & Custody and SWIFT 15022/20022.
• Custody/financial services domain experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a virtual team in a culturally diverse background.
