Overview

Lead technical design, development, and integration for Pega and Ab Initio solutions supporting KYC and Client Lifecycle Management workflows in a financial services environment.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end design and integration of workflow automation and ETL platforms.
• Architect and configure Pega case management, decision tables, SLAs, rules, and UI integrations.
• Design and optimize Ab Initio graphs, plans, and components for high-volume processing.
• Translate KYC and regulatory requirements into auditable technical specifications.
• Modernize legacy ETL workflows using Hadoop, PySpark, and Python.
• Mentor developers and provide technical direction across delivery teams.
• Coordinate design walkthroughs, UAT, and production rollouts with stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of software development and integration experience in financial services or banking.
• Extensive Pega PRPC v8.x or higher experience.
• Hands-on Ab Initio GDE, Co>Operating System, Conduct>It, and EME experience.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or DB2.
• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance workflows.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.

Nice to have

• Pega CSSA or CLSA certification.
• Python, PySpark, and Hadoop ecosystem experience.
• Cloud, containerization, CI/CD, messaging, and RESTful microservices experience.
