Lead FullStack Developer (Java + ReactJS) - Assistant Manager

Overview

Lead full-stack development role focused on building ReactJS user interfaces and Java Spring Boot microservices, with Oracle PL/SQL and messaging technologies. The role covers hands-on development and design in Capital Markets-related projects.

What you'll do

• Develop user interfaces with ReactJS.
• Build Java-based server-side applications with Spring Boot.
• Develop microservice applications.
• Resolve, communicate, and escalate critical technical issues.
• Prepare user and systems documentation.
• Recommend industry best practices.
• Provide daily agile status notes on project tasks.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years of experience in ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, and PL/SQL.
• Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework.
• Experience with Kafka and JMS messaging technologies.
• Experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agent modeling.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Terraform, Docker, and Harness.
• Functional knowledge of Capital Markets or similar projects.
