Overview
Lead full-stack development for Corporate Banking platform modernization, delivering secure, scalable Java and React solutions and shaping technology products for business requirements.
What you'll do
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized software solutions.
- Build enterprise case management lifecycle applications and backend services.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java Spring Boot.
- Build cloud-native Java components on OpenShift or AWS.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders on software requirements and solutions.
- Apply secure coding, unit testing, code reviews, and integration practices.
- Lead complex assignments, guide team members, and manage risk and controls.
What you'll need
- Full-stack development experience building dynamic, responsive, and reusable components.
- Java experience with Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.
- Experience with React, React hooks, and state management such as Redux or Context API.
- Experience with Kafka or other message brokers.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, relational databases, and SQL.
- Experience building enterprise-grade cloud-native Java backend components on OpenShift or AWS.
- Experience with core API services used across wider teams.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of Camunda BPM and BPMN 2.0.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools.
- Knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks.
