Lead Full-Stack Engineer (Java+React)

Overview

Lead the end-to-end design and development of a loan management system using Java/Spring backend services and React operational and partner-facing interfaces.

What you'll do

• Design and build the loan management system across backend and frontend services.
• Deliver production code with reviews, testing, and observability.
• Own features from Kafka event contracts and REST endpoints through React screens.
• Refine specifications and break them into JIRA stories with acceptance criteria.
• Use AI coding assistants for implementation, review, refactoring, and documentation.
• Proactively improve technical tools, practices, and architecture.

What you'll need

• 10+ years building production systems with Java 17+ and Spring.
• 5+ years of hands-on React development.
• 6+ years in lending technology or NBFC/bank operations technology.
• At least one end-to-end LMS or LOS implementation.
• Experience with production microservices and asynchronous messaging such as Kafka.
• Fluency with AI coding assistants and critical review of their output.
• Knowledge of RBI digital lending guidelines and strong distributed-systems skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with event sourcing, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, or multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Camunda BPM, Kotlin, databases, and observability tools.
• Experience with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, accessibility, or i18n.
• Experience with spec-driven or contract-first development.
