Overview

Lead Java Developer responsible for designing, modernizing, and maintaining software solutions for the Flow Derivatives domain within Institutional Securities Technology.

What you'll do

• Lead architectural design and modernization of Flow Derivatives components.
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders on solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve technology solutions.
• Tackle challenging engineering problems hands-on.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to a developer squad.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java and Java EE.
• Advanced expertise in Java and Java-based technologies.
• Experience with microservices, web services, REST, and Domain-Driven Design.
• Expertise in object-oriented design, design patterns, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Spring Boot, JUnit, BDD, databases, messaging, and caching.
• Experience with AI or GenAI projects, Agentic AI, and prompting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical designs into solutions.
