Applied AI Engineer

Overview

Build reliable, measurable, and safe AI agents that run real parts of the business and take on real work. You’ll sit in Marketing Engineering, work with growth pods, and own solutions end to end.

What you'll do

• Build agents using the company’s agents platform, the latest orchestration tools, and frontier models.
• Make agents reliable, measurable, and safe enough for the business to depend on.
• Find problems within growth pods and own solutions end to end.
• Build production systems that other people relied on, starting from a vague problem.
• Build with LLMs beyond a demo.
• Evaluate LLMs and identify where they fail.
• Measure whether what you built worked.

What you'll need

• Python.
• SQL.
• LLM APIs.
• Agent orchestration.
• Experience shipping production systems that other people relied on, starting from a vague problem.
• Experience building with LLMs beyond a demo.
• Knowledge of how to evaluate LLMs and where they fail.
• Experience measuring whether what you built worked.

Nice to have

• Experience with GTM data or marketing systems.
