Apprentice Hiring for 2026

Overview

A 12-month apprenticeship under India's National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, providing on-the-job training as a Product Sustainability Analyst in the Product Sustainability Infrastructure & Standards team at DWS, Deutsche Bank's asset management division. There is no obligation for permanent employment upon completion.

What you'll do

• Analyse and conceptualize sustainability-related data and process flow from product development to monitoring of investment guidelines compliance
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of systematic changes in close collaboration with business and infrastructure teams
• Develop a workflow tool for product launches
• Automate existing processes related to fund disclosures
• Support development of sustainability-related product infrastructure with exposure to sustainability specialists and close collaboration with sustainability investment experts

What you'll need

• University degree in Commerce/Science or similar
• Working knowledge of any coding language
• Experience in working on ESG related topics
• Good knowledge of project management
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for documentation purposes
• Strong analytical and methodological thinking to understand (regulatory) sustainability-related requirements and the associated implications and risks
• Proactive solution-oriented mindset to effectively work hand in hand with different teams
• Highly motivated, self-sufficient and ability to learn quickly
• Intercultural competence, superior communication skills and strict attention to detail
• Highly structured and dedicated approach to work
• High interest in taking on new challenges
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
