Architect & Engineering Manager - UK

Overview

Lead Architecture & Engineering activities across the UK's Midlands and South West, helping consultants understand, specify, and champion Axis network products. The role focuses on relationship building, thought leadership, education, and project pipeline development.

What you'll do

• Manage relationships with A&E programme members and new consultants.
• Advise consultants on Axis network product specifications.
• Educate the consultant community on industry challenges.
• Train specifiers on Axis design tools.
• Align A&E strategy with regional priorities.
• Coordinate with sales teams to build project pipelines.
• Share best practices with global A&E peers.

What you'll need

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to develop and execute results-focused business plans.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience building professional networks and stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Proactive and independent approach to relationship building.

Nice to have

• Participation in industry forums or associations.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience in security, surveillance, or building technology.
