Architect - Enterprise Application - Oracle N 4D

Overview

Enterprise Application Architect role focused on Workday HCM functional consulting and configuration. Responsible for gathering requirements, configuring Workday HCM modules, and supporting implementation through production.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Workday HCM implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules based on business requirements.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand HR processes.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements using Workday standard functionality.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support and resolve Workday production issues.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD) and user/training materials.

What you'll need

• Workday HCM is explicitly required (Workday HCM Functional Consultant).
• English required with Language Proficiency listed as Proficient (C2).
• Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology are listed.
• Master’s in Software Engineering is listed as an option.
• Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist (Oracle Cloud) - Oracle is listed as a certification.
