Overview
Lead client-facing Oracle AI architecture and estimation efforts within PwC's Business Application Consulting practice. Shape solution approaches, guide teams through complex pursuits, and translate business needs into clear delivery plans across multiple workstreams.
What you'll do
- Lead Oracle architecture and estimation activities for client programs, translating business needs into delivery approaches and implementation plans.
- Guide solution design across Oracle applications, integration points, and process flows to support operational efficiency.
- Review project scope, assumptions, effort models, and delivery risks to inform accurate estimates and resourcing decisions.
- Advise clients on Oracle technology options, process standardization, and implementation approaches that align with business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through project planning, architecture reviews, and solution validation activities.
- Develop executive-ready materials communicating estimates, architecture decisions, dependencies, and delivery impacts.
- Apply AI fluency and emerging technologies to shape Oracle solution strategies, automation opportunities, and implementation methods.
- Coach team members on technical consultation, requirements elicitation, and technology implementation activities across client engagements.
What you'll need
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 18+ years of experience.
- Oral and written proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- At least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
- At least one Oracle Cloud certification in any Financials, Supply Chain, Enterprise Performance Management, or Human Capital Management module.
- Oracle AI or Oracle Cloud implementation experience in client-facing programs.
- Experience leading architecture and estimation discussions across complex Oracle solution work.
- Experience translating business needs into project scope, estimates, and delivery plans.
- Experience coaching teams through ambiguity while shaping clear client messages.
- Experience validating outcomes, incorporating feedback, and adjusting delivery approaches.
