Overview

Lead Salesforce managed service delivery within the Application Evolution Services practice, overseeing client support, data operations, quality controls, and escalations. The role includes managing complex projects, coaching teams, and improving service delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead Salesforce service delivery workstreams across support, data review, enrichment, and processing.
• Direct teams through service requests, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Develop and monitor quality controls and service-level management practices.
• Translate client needs into service solutions and validate outcomes.
• Identify process gaps, service risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Communicate progress, risks, and delivery status to clients and stakeholders.
• Guide quality management, compliance reviews, and corrective actions.

What you'll need

• At least 14 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of Salesforce platforms and customer data management.
• Experience managing complex service delivery teams.
• Ability to coach teams through ambiguity and change.

Nice to have

• Salesforce managed services leadership in client support environments.
• Experience applying systems thinking to identify underlying issues.
