Overview
IT Application Architect for Quality Management Systems (QMS) in Pune, supporting global enterprise QMS technical transformation.
What you'll do
- Design and implement QMS technical solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee QMS technical delivery and backup the technical owner of system(s).
- Define and implement IT application standards aligned to global and industry best practices.
- Manage the QMS platform roadmap, including updates and IT security vulnerability resolution within SLAs.
- Drive continuous improvements by advocating remediation of technical debt.
- Partner with business leaders to assess needs and implementation complexity for initiatives.
- Execute a shift-left strategy for support and maintenance across L2 and retain L3 responsibilities.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise quality management systems.
- Preference for experience with ETQ, IQVIA, and the Force.com platform.
- Experience working with 21 CFR part 820 is preferred.
- Experience writing and executing validation deliverables (e.g., IQ/OQ/SDD) in SDLC for validated, regulated applications is preferred.
- Strong background in server-client and/or web hosted application architecture and API integrations is preferred.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases is preferred.
- Experience with vendor and third-party consulting technology implementations is preferred.
