Overview

Manager role in PwC’s Acceleration Center India to deliver consulting services for business applications and help clients optimize operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for CCaaS applications across voice, digital, and omni-channel journeys.
• Build and execute automated IVR, chatbot, and conversational AI test scenarios using Cyara or equivalent platforms.
• Own test planning, test case design, and test script development across functional, regression, and integration cycles.
• Execute functional, regression, sanity/smoke, system integration, and performance testing across CCaaS and connected enterprise systems.
• Validate agent desktop behavior, CTI screen pops, and CRM integrations such as Salesforce/CEP.
• Manage defect lifecycle activities including logging, triage, root cause analysis, retesting, and closure reporting.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
• At least 9 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Hands-on contact center testing experience across IVR flows, conversational AI, chatbots, agent desktops, and CRM integrations.
• Proven expertise in Cyara automation testing (or comparable CCaaS CCaaS test automation platforms).
• API testing using Postman and SQL for backend data validation.
