What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for CCaaS applications across voice, digital, and omni-channel journeys.
• Build and execute automated IVR flows, chatbot, and conversational AI test scenarios using Cyara or similar platforms.
• Own test planning, test case design, and test script development for functional, regression, and integration cycles.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke/sanity, system integration, and performance testing across CCaaS and connected enterprise systems.
• Validate agent desktop behavior and integrations including CTI screen pops and CRM connections such as Salesforce/CEP.
• Perform API testing and backend data validation using Postman and SQL to confirm end-to-end transaction integrity.

What you'll need

• At least 12 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Hands-on contact center testing experience covering IVR, conversational AI, chatbots, agent desktops, and CRM integrations.
• Proven expertise in Cyara automation testing or comparable CCaaS test automation platforms.
• Solid testing skills across functional, regression, sanity/smoke, system integration, performance, and manual QA.
• Hands-on API testing with Postman and proficiency in SQL for backend data validation and reporting.
