Assistant D&T Manager – Master Data Operations

Overview

Lead the vendor, customer and material master data analyst team in India with global responsibility, driving Global Data Governance strategies and leveraging technology to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality data.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of master data analysts responsible for global support for master data operations across General Mills
• Ensure product/customer hierarchy changes are completed in a timely manner
• Partner with key business leaders on projects and daily activities across all segments to ensure master data is of high quality and reflects organizational needs
• Identify opportunities to introduce technology as part of master data operations
• Ensure service levels meet targets, and manage and escalate issues with expediency
• Manage master data service delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical data within respective domains
• Provide general consultation to project teams, business and other SAP teams and guide them on data standards and team process
• Work with business partners to optimize digital tools and data to leverage standard metrics, models and dashboards that drive accountability and results

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree
• 12+ years of experience

Nice to have

• Good data governance, data quality and master data expertise
• Sound technical knowledge and expertise in data technologies like SQL and data analytics on cloud platforms
• Background in data engineering will be beneficial
