Assistant Design Engineer

Overview

Assistant Design Engineer focused on creating 3D models, 2D drawings, and assemblies for pump and motor components using UG/NX, while supporting design calculations and engineering data updates.

What you’ll do

• Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings in UG/NX as per guidelines.
• Ensure model/drawing/assembly completeness and correctness, including part lists.
• Handle SAP tasks such as offer permits, quality notifications, MDR tickets, and drawing release.
• Perform basic design calculations for pump parts.
• Provide guidance and assistance to other CAD engineers.
• Maintain and update product information (TSC, FK, TSB, curves).
• Use Excel files for calculations, database, and performance curves.

What you’ll need

• 1-4 years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience in 3D modeling and drafting.
• Sound knowledge of pump design.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good engineering and design skills.
