Assistant Manager, Trustee Billing and Reporting

Overview

Assistant Manager responsible for overseeing Trustee billing operations, ensuring milestone-based invoicing is accurate and meets SLAs.

What you'll do

• Lead Trustee billing operations, overseeing billing team leads and billing analysts to complete milestone-based billing within SLAs.
• Manage end-to-end Trustee billing lifecycle and ensure billable services are invoiced on time and per customer requirements.
• Track transferred loans and servicing portfolios reported to billing, ensuring billable activities are invoiced to the correct servicer.
• Monitor billing performance including workflow volumes and aged unbilled balances, and drive corrective actions.
• Drive SLA adherence through performance monitoring, reporting, coaching, and escalation management.
• Prepare weekly and month-end revenue reporting, revenue forecasts, and variance analysis, and coordinate revenue review meetings.
• Support audits, SOX compliance activities, reconciliations, and process improvement/automation initiatives.

What you'll need

• Must be a graduate.
• Should have 7+ years of post-qualification work experience in a Title or Mortgage Industry.
• Must have expertise in MS Office and MS SQL.
• Need strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Should be proactive, deadline-conscious, and assertive.
• Should have solid conceptual, problem-solving, and analytical skills for detailed analysis.
