Assistant Manager—Operations to run and scale robotics data operations across APAC, starting from Bengaluru.

What you'll do

• Own the operational backbone of a large-scale video data collection programme.
• Build operations from the ground up, including workflows, QA pipelines, and performance systems.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a lean team.
• Automate manual processes using AI tools and automation platforms.
• Stand up new markets and make them work.
• Own vendor relationships, field coordinator management, and delivery coordination.

What you'll need

• Have 4+ years of operations experience building and leading teams in startups.
• Have 4+ years of experience in IT asset and inventory management, including hardware distribution, software licenses, and device handovers/offboarding.
• Be strong in operational metrics and data reporting using Google Sheets.
• Have hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms to eliminate manual work.
