Assistant Project Lead-MEP

Overview

Assistant Project Lead (MEP) for Project and Development Services, focused on maintaining smooth site operations and supporting project execution in Bengaluru.

What you'll do

• Maintain smooth site operations and ensure orderly site processes.
• Solve site design problems in coordination with design consultants.
• Manage construction of MEPF works and maintain related records for reporting.
• Ensure project compliance with occupational health and safety legislations, standards, and codes of practice.
• Prepare and manage implementation of the Project Management, Project Safety and Quality Plan.
• Assemble and lead a team of experts; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers and carry out negotiations with them.
• Represent the client across project stages and oversee processes through completion.
• Represent and promote JLL during the project and help meet company profit targets set for the project.

What you'll need

• Proven expertise in site management.
• Certification in a building-related discipline with significant experience in site supervision.
• Significant experience in Corporate Fitout and Labs relevant projects (prerequisite).
• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 6 years of experience.
• Leadership skills.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills to delegate tasks and motivate contractors.
• Willingness and ability to improve existing competencies and learn the job.
• Competence in HVAC works, LT works, FA and PA, BMS, Firefighting piping, Testing & Commissioning, and Project Management.
