Assistant Property Manager

Overview

Assistant Technical Manager role responsible for managing daily technical operations at a residential property site, ensuring services meet client requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage daily site operations and oversee technical services delivery per client requirements.
• Oversee building systems including fire/life safety, MEP, and other critical utilities.
• Maintain asset documentation, including asset lists/trackers and defect liability/AMC/CAMC records.
• Supervise shift engineers and maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and development.
• Monitor SLA’s and KPI’s for BRIGHTSTONE and outsourced agencies and keep performance targets above excellence.
• Handle vendor quotations/invoices, invoice submissions, cost sheet signoffs, and follow-ups for payments.
• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, inspections, inventory control, risk analysis, and corrective action planning.

What you'll need

• 4 to 5 years of working experience in Facility Industry/Real Estate/Hotel/Construction.
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Marine Engineering (or equivalent).
• Analytical and meticulous approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to multitask with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of safety and environmental concerns related to equipment and site operations.
