Associate Analyst, Analytics & Metrics

Overview

Associate Analyst in Global Statistics / Quarterly Mastercard Reporting (QMR), supporting collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of quarterly operational metrics.

What you'll do

• Support collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational reported data.
• Use analytics to analyze customer-reported data to help ensure no revenue leakage.
• Conduct analytical research across QMR and switched activity for management discussions.
• Deliver advanced customer performance data analytics.
• Support projects related to operational metrics/drivers and associated revenue.
• Communicate with customers to resolve open issues and document inquiries in internal systems.

What you'll need

• Fast learner who works well under tight timelines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and oral).
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload across multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to create and present persuasive analysis.
• Excellent PC skills including Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook, plus ability to learn internal applications.
