Associate Analyst, Insights & Enablement

Overview

Associate Analyst, Insights & Enablement supports the implementation and ongoing evolution of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform for the Services organization.

What you'll do

• Design, prepare, and optimize Services contracting workflows within the CLM platform.
• Translate business requirements into structured workflows, rules, and templates in CLM.
• Partner with Legal, Sales, and Operations to map and migrate contract constructs into system processes.
• Test new CLM features by identifying issues, validating outputs, and supporting remediation.
• Use tools such as Ironclad, Salesforce, Signavio, CPQ, and other enablement platforms to improve execution.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on automation, standardization, and simplification of contracting processes.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and governance across workflows and system outputs.

What you'll need

• Strong problem-solving ability and effective communication.
• Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel/SQL/Python), PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to create structured analyses, clear presentations, and professional documentation.
• Experience or interest in Sales Enablement, Process Transformation, or Product Management.
• Exposure to process mapping tools (Visio/Signavio) or workflow design concepts.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving requirements.

Details

• Role reports to the Director, Services BD Insights & Enablement.
• Focus is on Sales Enablement, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Process Optimization (not Data Science/core Data Analytics).
