Overview

Associate role at NAB Innovation Centre India in Gurugram, supporting property, leasing and corporate finance group facilities with movement and interest calculation data.

What you'll do

• Maintain movements and historical data of all facilities raised by the property, leasing and corporate finance group.
• Calculate interest payments.
• Monitor day-to-day activities of client relationships.
• Interact with internal clients, peers, supervisors or team leaders, Account Managers and accounting personnel regarding interest payments, account queries and account status.
• Plan daily and weekly activities in conjunction with your supervisor and undertake specific tasks generally assigned on a daily or weekly basis.
• Collate information and perform straightforward analysis or assist with more involved analysis of transactions.
• Provide services and information on a range of products and services, deliver corporate standard customer interaction, and refer difficult customers and complex situations.
• Understand your role in the team, participate actively in team activities, contribute openly to team communication, and share information and ideas while considering others' ideas.
