Associate Client Server Software Analyst

Overview

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support, troubleshooting business application issues and helping restore services.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for business applications.
• Investigate application, database, and system issues.
• Participate in incident bridge calls and support service restoration.
• Handle user incidents, service requests, and operational queries.
• Monitor application health and respond to alerts.
• Document resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and procedures.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.

What you'll need

• 0–2 years of application support experience.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and data validation.
• Understanding of web applications, .NET architecture, and IIS.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, ports, and HTTP/HTTPS.
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and incident handling.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PowerShell or Python scripting.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, performance, or log analysis tools.
• Understanding of SRE concepts and operational metrics such as SLA, MTTD, and MTTR.
