Overview
The Associate Clinical Specialist supports adoption and clinical utilization of Medtronic’s Surgical Synergy portfolio for spinal implants, navigation, robotics, imaging, and enabling technologies.
What you'll do
- Provide clinical and technical support to customers across the assigned territory.
- Support surgical procedures in the operating room.
- Deliver clinical and technical demonstrations for navigation, O-arm, robotics, and related technologies.
- Conduct product presentations, clinical discussions, and hands-on training for clinical and hospital stakeholders.
- Partner with sales to support product evaluations, customer conversions, and territory growth objectives.
- Document customer interactions, demonstrations, training activities, and follow-up actions in Salesforce daily.
What you'll need
- High School Diploma with 6+ years, or Associate's Degree with 4+ years, or Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years in relevant experience.
- Experience delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, clinical training, or procedural support in a hospital/operating room environment.
- Experience supporting customer accounts, product adoption activities, or territory development initiatives.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% within the assigned territory.
