Associate Consultant

Overview

Associate Consultant for MiQ’s DnA local products team in Bengaluru, working independently with local product managers to plan, build, and release products.

What you'll do

• Build local product plans with local product managers.
• Support backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Own end-to-end product development (scoping, prototyping, development, testing, release management).
• Form and guide development squads.
• Collect product usage feedback and gather new requirements, managing the post-release lifecycle.
• Enable sales and trading teams by operationalising products for client opportunities and projects.
• Maintain the product Wiki.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent quantitative field.
• 3.5+ years’ experience in the analytics domain.
• Proficiency with either R or Python and PySpark.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of big data processing tools/frameworks such as Qubole/Databricks/Spark/AWS.
• Descriptive and inquisitive analytics, statistical modelling, and advanced analytics.
• At least 3 analytics solutions developed and implemented end to end.

Nice to have

• Exposure on API integrations.
• Programmatic Media / Ad-Tech domain knowledge.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum framework, and sprint planning.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Monday.com.
• Experience applying AI/ML (including generative AI) to build analytics solutions.
• Understanding of AI-powered product development and taking solutions from proof of concept to production.
