Job description

Overview

Associate role in Controllership (Record to Report) supporting journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close and audit compliance.

What you'll do

  • Post journal entries and assist in basic reconciliations.
  • Support month-end close and documentation tasks.
  • Maintain financial records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with audit support and compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve reporting issues.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification (listed as a certification requirement).
  • Skills in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations, Financial Close, General Accounting, General Ledger Reconciliations, Reconciliations and Record To Report (R2R).
  • English language (required), Intermediate proficiency (B1).
