Overview

Associate - Customer Care (Voice) handles inbound customer interactions and resolves issues while following SOPs, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous quality and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Provide accurate, timely information about products, services, or policies.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
• Follow SOPs and company guidelines for consistent service delivery.
• Maintain customer documentation and update customer records in the CRM or relevant databases.
• Analyze customer problems and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant teams for product or process improvement.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the listed fields: Business Administration, Communication, Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or Marketing (as stated).
• Customer Experience Certification (COPC) (COPC Inc. as stated).
• Professional Customer Service certification (SMG/KRC Poland Human Resources as stated).
• English language proficiency: Upper Intermediate (B2) (as stated).
• Experience/skills in customer care/customer service and related support activities (as listed Skills section).
• Ability to maintain account and customer records and prepare customer feedback/issue reports (as implied by tasks).
