Associate Customer Program Manager (EG)

Overview

Associate Customer Program Manager (EG) working with US-based customers to manage manufacturing projects end to end, improve velocity/quality, and resolve customer pain points.

What you'll do

• Work with customers to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences.
• Concurrently manage manufacturing orders across multiple customers and internal operations teams.
• Gather, interpret, and communicate engineering, design, manufacturing, and logistics requirements to support on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and manufacturing operations to ensure successful delivery and advocate through the project lifecycle.
• Manage projects with oversight of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Identify improvement areas and partner cross-functionally to define solutions to increase efficiency.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or MBA required.
• 4+ years of experience in program management, project management, supply chain, or customer-facing operations.
• Experience supporting NPI, low-volume production, or rapid prototyping programs.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven experience working directly with US-based customers and/or during US business hours is preferred.
• PMP/project management certification and project management/operations knowledge is preferred.

Details

• Location: Bengaluru, India (Office).
• Work hours: 9:30 PM–5:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday.
• Work schedule: hybrid (3 nights in office, 2 nights remote).
