Overview

Associate Developer - Data Security (Managed Services Client Service Desk support). Role supports service desk operations through administrative coordination, request handling, escalation, and ticket documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team.
• Coordinate service requests and assist the client service desk team.
• Ensure the correct escalation procedure is followed on critical calls and requests.
• Receive, validate, and log client requests with request details.
• Assist with analyzing and interpreting escalation requests for correct categorization and prioritization.
• Maintain relevant documents and records related to tickets/requests.
• Perform other related tasks as required.
