Associate DevOps Engineer

Overview

Associate DevOps Engineer supporting end-to-end digital solutions and cloud hosting for global web platforms. You will coordinate releases and build/operate GitLab CI/CD-based automation and monitoring.

What you'll do

• Coordinate application releases across multiple development teams, including execution and post-release validation.
• Build, maintain, and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Automate development, testing, deployment, and operational processes to improve delivery efficiency.
• Monitor deployment pipelines and production releases, identifying and resolving issue impacts on quality/timelines.
• Support day-to-day operations such as ticket management, troubleshooting, and deployment assistance.
• Design, document, and continuously improve release management processes and deployment standards.
• Create release documentation and publish release notes with stakeholder communication.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree and 2 to 6 years of Information systems experience.
• 2+ years of experience with DevOps practices, GitLab CI/CD, and release automation.
• Experience coordinating application releases across multiple development teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with Git, YAML, and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with monitoring, log analysis, and troubleshooting production deployments.
• Experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms.

• Practical knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, and SQL.
• Experience using Jira for release management, change tracking, and Agile delivery.
