AWS Devops - Production Support

Overview

AWS DevOps / Production Support role providing L1–L3 support for post trade processing applications, handling incidents, monitoring, change/release management, and disaster recovery activities.

What you'll do

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 support to post trade processing applications (middle-office, back-office, settlements).
• Handle service requests using incident, problem, and service management workflows raised by business users.
• Implement methods to continually improve support systems and processes.
• Monitor applications and systems, and identify risks that may impact business operations.
• Support change management and provide release management services.
• Perform fail-over and manage disaster recovery activities.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4 years of experience in production support / DevOps / SRE.
• Experience with AWS and Snowflake.
• Knowledge of multiple RDBMS including Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Sybase.
• Experience with batch job schedulers (TWS / Autosys).
• Working knowledge of Windows and UNIX operating systems.
• Scripting knowledge in Python.
• Experience in incident management.
