Associate Director - Programmatic

Overview

Associate Director - Programmatic role within WPP Media’s Global Operations Centre (GOC), partnering with regional teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver programmatic solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with counterparts in WPP GOC regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia).
• Lead training and growth for the local programmatic team.
• Enforce DV360 and TrueView best practices to maintain platform expertise, consistency, and quality delivery.
• Ensure consistent high-quality work delivery to regional teams and act as point of escalation.
• Provide career development, coaching, and timely actionable feedback to the team.
• Support capacity planning and resource management for the team.
• Manage 2-5 direct reports and up to 10 indirect reports.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of professional experience with digital media, preferably in a media agency/trading desk.
• Experience with Google Marketing Platform, including DV360, CM, and GA360.
• Experience with top AdTech & MarTech platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of programmatic platforms and campaign execution experience.
• Experience with client decks, programmatic strategy, and new pitches.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Working experience in agency, trading desks, or programmatic tech partners.
